Well as u all might know is u use a curling iron it gives u split ends and any ther electrical appliances for har... But of course u may use heat protector will work but this is just an easy method I use to get nice waves over night!.......
At night wen I wash my hair with the dove shampoo and the dove conditioner and wen I've done all that use a dry towel to take out all water and straight after I use my hairspray for non frizzy ness but use any hairspray u guys have, and then while ur hair is still damp put it into a sir braid and of course if you do a French braid it'll be even more waves! The pic I attached I only did a normal side braid but it's up to u! And then just sleep with it on and in the morning you'll have perfect Heatless waves!
