Heyyy!
I was meant to post this post last night before bedtime but was wayy too tired ey! Soo I'm posting it now, so this is for those ppl who have trouble falling asleep coz I know I do, I take about 10 mins or sometimes even 1 hour just to fall asleep no matter how tired I am!......
So if I wana try these methods might help coz it helps me (so its 'scientifically' proven)
1. Lie on ur left hand side and hold ur breathe for 6 seconds and let it out for 3 seconds as this will make u yawn a lot ( ALOT!!) and will help u too fall asleep wayy quicker! This helps u yawn a lot because this is the breathing method u use wen u r sleeping!
2. If you still can't sleep and wake up in middle of night open ur side light and do something like Maths homework u 'forgot' to do or draw or something to keep u busy, but nothing electronically ( I know boooo) but trust me no bbm or watsapp or Facebook or twitter etc.... And went get more tired put ur things away and lie down nd ull fall asleep easily...
3. Don't be covered a lot by blankets and stuff because this will make u hot wen u sleep and make it hard to fall asleep so rather less blankets than more I know it sounds really stupid but believe me it works!
